TicTacToe: Aqua XO is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use.

App Availability

Purchases
TicTacToe: Aqua XO is currently offered without in-app purchases.
If this changes in the future, payments, refunds, and billing will be handled through Apple’s App Store according to Apple’s own terms and policies. We do not directly process payments or store payment information.

TicTacToe: Aqua XO is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the app’s performance, availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability for a particular purpose.
